I rented a house from them 2 years ago. They were very unhelpful when there were any issues with the house that should be the landlord's responsibility. For example, one of the ceilings was leaking for months, never fixed. They were also supposed to pay me for the extra propane left in the tank when I moved out, which they never did. Plus, they just aren't that friendly to talk to. Would not rent from again or recommend to a friend.
